Egg powder is as the name says, powder made from eggs. They are made using spray drying in the same way that eggwhite powder and egg yolk powder is made. Processing lines specially aimed at egg powder

The processing of egg powder is done in the same way as that of egg yolk powder and egg white powder. Our Pegasus Mixer® mixes the product and then it is pneumatically transported to a sieve. The product is sieved inline in the sieve so that it can be packed with a high care solution. Our Pegasus® Mixer can be tailor-made to meet the strict requirements in the food sector. The fact dat multiple steps can be done in one single machine makes the Pegasus® Mixer a very efficient solution. A hygienic design, combined with the mixing technology and the features, truly make it the best option for producers working with products like egg powder.
