2020 in review
After a challenging year we look back at some of the innovations and developments that engaged us in 2020. We designed and built several interesting processing lines, which led to some innovative solutions for our customers. Furthermore, Dinnissen started using its new production facilities, where smart automation and full traceability are key factors.

NEVER WORRY ABOUT NON-FLOWING PRODUCT AGAIN WITH THE BIG-BAG CONDITIONER.
For many producers, emptying Big-Bags is currently a difficult and slow process, because the product has clumped (during transport) and therefore cannot flow out properly. The Big-Bag Conditioner is the solution to this problem. It is designed to loosen up heavily compacted products, which results in a smooth and rapid product flow. This innovation speeds up your production process by integrating conditioning and high-speed discharge.

Meet Dinnissen's state-of-the-art technology for filling big bags in high-care zones. This innovation combines high-care filling with low-care palletizing. It complies with all requirements for high-care, medium-care, and low-care filling, processing, sealing, and transportation of Big-Bags. In addition, this solution is equipped with a fully automatic palletizing station
COLLECT DIFFERENT SAMPLE SIZES WITH OUR NEW MULTISIZE SAMPLE CAROUSEL.
The Multisize Sample Carousel makes it possible to collect different sample sizes in one automated sampling process Samples for various purposes (start sample, chemical sample, bacteriological sample, hour sample, batch sample) can now be collected in series, fully automated. With exactly the right amount of product per sample.
ATEX CERTIFICATION FOR DINNISSEN PEGASUS® MIXERS.
Dinnissen has received a new ATEX certification for their batch mixers, continuous mixers and vacuum coaters. Thanks to these ATEX zone 20 (internal) type approvals, Dinnissen's Pegasus® mixers comply with the latest European regulations and the strict requirements of the market.
NEW FEEDING SOLUTION: MICRO DOSING SYSTEM.
Recently we received an inquiry for a specific application with a much higher dosing accuracy. The Dinnissen Engineering department developed a micro dosing system with an accuracy of 1 gram. The application can be for batch-weighing or for continuous weighing (loss in weight) for processing of vitamins, probiotics, premixes, minerals, milk powder, cacao powder, creamers, sugar, whey powder, lactose and infant formula.
Dinnissen expands with new building complex
Currently Dinnissen employs approximately 200 specialists in a motivating and inspirational working environment, where all of the machines and complete processes are developed and produced entirely in house. In view of the positive developments, Dinnissen is looking forward to further growth. The next step in this process is the realisation of an additional, new 60 x 70 metre production complex.
NEW PACKAGING SOLUTION: BAG-IN BOX SYSTEM.
Production lines become even more efficient with the new bag-in-box solution from system integrator Dinnissen Process Technology. This innovation makes it possible to place bags in boxes automatically, and to pack, label and transport these boxes fully automated. With this addition, Dinnissen can automate its customers' production processes one step further.
