Dinnissen introduces its own stainless steel lift for pallets, IBCs, and FIBCs

This innovative stainless steel lift saves space, accelerates work processes, and minimizes safety risks through automated, safe vertical movement of raw materials and goods. Designed to meet strict hygienic standards and made entirely of stainless steel, it guarantees full reliability.

A project that sparked this innovation

The idea for the stainless steel lift emerged during a project in the United States. During this project, we built two mixing lines for a major multinational in dietary supplements (collagen powder). Specialists Frans Bakker and Melvin van der Hilst noticed that the design was not sufficiently safe. Pallets with raw materials had to be placed on a platform at a height of 8 meters, posing significant risks. Back in the Netherlands, a safer solution was developed: a lift to safely elevate the pallets with raw materials.

The idea was immediately well received by the client. A search began for a supplier capable of delivering fully stainless steel lifts without hydraulics, in line with stringent hygienic requirements. When no suitable supplier could be found, we decided to design and build the lifts ourselves, fully tailored to the client’s needs.

Efficient and safe transportation of raw materials

The stainless steel lift for pallets, IBCs, and FIBCs offers an efficient and safe way to transport raw materials and products within a hygienic production environment. Meeting the strict hygiene standards of the food industry, the system saves space, enhances safety, and accelerates work processes.

The design aligns with the highest safety and hygiene standards, with stainless steel as the primary material. Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, minimizing contamination risks. Additionally, this lift is highly versatile, easily handling various product types, including pallets, drums, big bags, and sack goods.

No hydraulics, but a reliable mechanical belt drive

To further improve safety, the lift uses a mechanical belt drive instead of hydraulics. This not only enhances hygiene but also increases system reliability and durability. Additionally, the lifts meet CE certification and other safety standards, thanks to a close collaboration with the Liftinstituut in The Netherlands. This partnership ensures compliance and safe operation in industrial environments.

The fully stainless steel lift includes its own control system, complete with LOTO provisions and fall protection, ensuring the highest levels of safety. Every unit complies with EN 81-30:2010 regulations.

Custom solutions for every stainless steel lift

Each lift is fully customized to meet the client’s specific requirements, considering factors like height, capacity, and input-output configurations. Designed to integrate seamlessly into any production process, these lifts can be built in various heights and support lifting capacities ranging from 500 to 2000 kilograms.

We have already built several stainless steel lifts and are currently producing more for clients worldwide.
