This year, the Makers Top 100 has been compiled for the first time - a ranking of the one hundred largest and most profitable Dutch manufacturing companies. Dinnissen has secured a place on this prestigious list. Ranked 93rd, we can proudly call ourselves one of the largest manufacturing companies in the Netherlands. The list is based on net turnover and EBITDA margin over the past three years. The Makers Top 100 is an initiative by ABN AMRO, Govers Accountants/Adviseurs and Link Magazine and is expected to become an annual ranking that highlights the Dutch manufacturing industry.
With our systems and machinery for the food, animal feed, and chemical industries, we are a textbook example of a manufacturing company. More than 75 years of experience and innovation have earned us a place in the Makers Top 100. We are proud of the progress we have made. Being included in this list is a strong confirmation that we are on the right track. More importantly, it shows that many steps and opportunities still lie ahead. The origin of the Makers Top 100
According to ABN AMRO, one of the initiators of the Makers Top 100, awareness of the manufacturing industry in the Netherlands is relatively low. There are many successful and large manufacturing companies in the country that remain unknown to the general public. The Makers Top 100 aims to change this. To secure a place on the list, a company must meet several criteria. First, it must operate in one of the following sectors: machinery manufacturing, metalworking, textiles, electronics, plastics processing, the furniture industry, shipbuilding and transport equipment production. Additionally, the company must have a Dutch parent company. This ensures that the focus remains on truly Dutch organizations rather than international corporations with headquarters abroad.
