New Dinnissen training centre for young technical talent
To be able to supervise new employees and interns even better, Dinnissen recently opened a training facility. Part of the production area is specifically equipped to educate, guide and train interns, students and new employees.

Here, we offer young people the opportunity to carry out production work under the personal supervision of experienced specialists, according to Dinnissen's high quality standards. To make this possible, we have recreated the new modern production facility on a smaller scale. Trainees and apprentices can thus develop into professionals in a familiar environment. Naturally, the same high-quality equipment and working methods are used, so they get to know the real thing straightaway.

Welding courses and other training programmes
In the training centre, we organise welding courses and other training and development programmes. There is the possibility to follow a training-specific course, but you also get the chance to go out on assembly jobs, for example. Thanks to daily supervision by committed professionals, individual progress is monitored and encouraged.
