In September 2024, Dinnissen took a major step in strengthening its service for the UK and Irish markets by officially opening Dinnissen UK Ltd. Six months later, the results speak for themselves. The branch has seen rapid growth, secured key projects, and forged even stronger relationships with clients throughout the region.
Local presence, lasting impact
The decision to establish a dedicated office in the United Kingdom was a strategic move. By having a local team on the ground, Dinnissen aimed to offer expert support tailored to the specific needs of clients in the UK and Ireland. “We saw the growing demand for reliable process technology in these markets and wanted to be closer to our customers,” says Dan Baxter, Director of UK Operations.
Since opening, Dinnissen UK has focused on building close partnerships with clients. Personal contact, fast response times, and technical expertise are key pillars of their approach. “The feedback from clients has been overwhelmingly positive,” Baxter explains. “Our local presence shows our commitment to the region, and clients appreciate having direct access to our knowledge and support.”

Key project milestones
Within just six months, Dinnissen UK has already completed several significant projects. One highlight is the delivery of a fully turnkey pet food production facility, reflecting Dinnissen’s ability to handle complex, large-scale assignments. Additionally, the team successfully supplied 50 bulk bag discharging systems to various clients in the region, showcasing the diversity of industries Dinnissen serves.
Another notable achievement has been organizing client visits to Dinnissen’s headquarters in Sevenum, the Netherlands. “We believe in the value of transparency and collaboration,” says Baxter. “By inviting clients to see our manufacturing process firsthand, we build trust and demonstrate the quality and innovation behind every solution.”

Setting up operations in a new country always comes with challenges, particularly regarding compliance and regulatory processes.
