Sampling system
In the past, many companies relied on manual sampling. In many cases, this method of sampling is labor intensive, impractical, and unreliable. Dinnissen's Sampling System enables producers to take samples fully automatically at the specified frequency and a preset volume or weight. No operator invention is required.
Hygienic Lump breaker for the high end industry
Our goal was to create a new 'Viwateq easy-clean' design without tube profiles that would be extractable: not only the rotating part is extractable, but also the screen. Dinnissen has a lot of experience in Cantilever, EHDG and smooth design, so we decided to develop a crusher that would go beyond those of our direct competitors. A square design is preferable to a round design because it keeps our throughput high and the relative inlet and outlet area as large as possible.
Smart Sampling Systems
The Multisize Sample Carousel: the latest innovation in automated sample collection
Dinnissen's Multisize Sample Carousel now allows producers to take samples of different sizes in an automated sampling process. This innovation also allows producers to determine the order and frequency per sample size. The cleanability of the carousel is also a key factor for the ability to take truly representative samples.
Micro dosing system with an accuracy of 1 gram
Dinnissen's engineering department developed a micro dosing system with an accuracy of 1 gram. The application can be for batch weighing or for continuous weighing (weight loss) for processing vitamins, probiotics, premixes, minerals, milk powder, cocoa powder, creamers, sugar, whey powder, lactose and infant formula.
