Sampling system

Previously, many companies relied on manual sampling. In many cases, this method of sampling is labour-intensive, impractical and unreliable. Dinnissen's Sampling System enables producers to take samples fully automatically according to the specified frequency and with a preset volume or weight. This does not require the intervention of an operator.

Centrifugal Sifter (3D)

CENTRIFUGAL SIFTERS

Dinnissen's centrifugal sieve makes it possible to sieve large quantities of product quickly and accurately. The centrifugal force in the rotating, cylindrical sieve ensures that the product is sifted evenly. Depending on the type of product and the required size of the screening surface, Dinnissen can provide a solution that meets the required capacity and integration into existing systems.

  • Suitable for various quantities

LUMP BREAKER

A lump crusher reduces large lumps, clods and agglomerates into smaller pieces. Dinnissen lump crushers are robust and achieve high capacities with low energy consumption. From 100 kg to 80 tonnes per hour, with finenesses from 150 microns to 10 mm.
