Keeping an overview with Dinnissen

Automation in control manifests itself, among other things, in our PLC automation. PLCs control machines, devices and processes and thus act as a link between the operator and the individual machines. Dinnissen develops PLCs keeping in mind what our market needs. To always and everywhere see what the PLC is doing and how the machines are running, we have our Dinnissen Productivity Platform. This allows you to see anytime, anywhere whether all machines are running as they should and what the production efficiency is. Another form of automation is our HMI OneBlink. This user-friendly interface gets you to the right information in no more than three clicks.

Our Smart Sampling Systems

At the level of individual process parts, we also continue to explore where and how we can automate. Where sampling was previously done manually, we have developed a Sampling System for automatic sampling in hygienic environments. We supply a standard Sampling System and a premium Sampling System, for the most stringent hygiene requirements. In cases it is necessary to take multiple samples without intervention of an operator at each sampling, you can add a Sample Carousel or a Multisize Sample Carousel. The difference between the two is already in the name: where a Sample Carousel can collect multiple samples, the Multisize Sample Carousel goes a step further and can take samples of different sizes.

The Dinnissen Productivity Platform offers 24/7 up-to-date insight into your machines and installations. You can also specify which process interruptions you wish to receive a notification about and if necessary, Dinnissen is there to offer remote service. The DPP offers clear data reports to provide maximum insight into your daily production process. With the DPP, you have a safe and reliable insight into production data and maintenance data of your process installations anytime, anywhere. The platform can be accessed via smartphone, tablet, or PC.

In the past, many companies relied on manual sampling. In many cases, this method of sampling is labor intensive, impractical, and unreliable. Dinnissen's Sampling System enables producers to take samples fully automatically at the specified frequency and a preset volume or weight. No operator invention is required.

HMI OneBlink makes it possible to determine the source and cause of a problem in no more than three mouse clicks.
