A transport solution for every requirement

We offer pneumatic transport, in which the product is transported using air or gas. The product can be mixed with the air or gas (dilute-phase transport) or propelled through the pip as a kind of clot (dense-phase transport). A special form of pneumatic transport is our Aeolus Lactose Transport System. This prevents lactose build-up during pneumatic transport, leaving you with up to 8-12% more production time per year.

Besides pneumatic transport, we have mechanical transport solutions for both vertical and horizontal transport. In collusion we determine the best solution for your process. Think of conveyors, chain conveyors, roller conveyors or segmental conveyors for horizontal transport and elevators or screw conveyors for vertical transport. Which type of transport suits best depends, among other things, on the distance to be covered, the product to be transported and the hygiene requirements.

Fragile bulk goods? Strict hygiene requirements? This is where our vibration transport can be a suitable solution. The vibration transport can be performed with a trough or with a closed tube, with hatches for easy inspection and cleaning. Bulk goods can be transported loose, but also in bags, containers, drums or Big Bags. For these forms of transport we have in-house transport solutions as well. We are happy to discuss all possibilities.

Pneumatic Conveying Systems

With pneumatic conveying, bulk goods can be transported quickly and hygienically. When working with negative pressure, we call this suction transport. Powders, grains and granulates are moved using sucked-in air or gas. These products can be transported from one or more entry points to a receiving unit. You can also transport using overpressure, where the powders, grains and granules are moved by a propelling air or gas flow.

Mechanical Transport - Vertical

Available on request

Whereas conveyor belts are well suited for the horizontal transport of (bulk) goods, vertical transport can be realized most effectively with elevators or screw conveyors. Elevators are also known as vertical conveyors, because buckets (a kind of shovels) are transported up and down using a belt or chain conveyor to be emptied and/or filled at the right floor. In screw conveyance, the rotational motion of the screw causes the product to be conveyed up or down.  Both systems are reliable, energy-efficient and relatively resistant to contamination. In addition, these forms of transport are maintenance-friendly and suitable for short distances.

Mechanical Transport - Horizontal

Almost every production process contains a transport component to transport the product to be processed (powders, granules, or granules) from one step to another. This should not only be done without product damage but also safely and contamination-free. For short distances, mechanical conveying is a very suitable solution. Dinnissen adjusts the shape and design of this transport (conveyor belt, chain belt, roller bales, or segmental belt) to the product to be transported and to the desired transport speed.
