Dinnissen develops and supplies systems for docking and transporting bags, containers, drums, and Big Bags. The exact construction of these systems depends on the product to be transported, the space, the method of transport and the desired speed. To this end, Dinnissen has a wide range of conveyors, (Big Bag) roller conveyors, (Big Bag) chain conveyors, turntables, traverses, take-out points, and hand-over points. We also have various storage options, such as pallet warehouses, silos, and hoppers. We are all about a conveyor system, in which all the individual components fit together seamlessly as part of your complete production process.

Customized to your company's needs

Powders, grains, and granulates can be transported in bulk, but also Big Bags, bags, containers, or drums. These packing materials also need to be transported, cleaned and processed. Dinnissen examines the desired production process and determines with you what is needed to make this process run as smoothly as possible. We supply systems that can transport, pick up, clean, store, and discharge Big Bags, bags, containers, or drums.

When working in a high-care environment, for example, a Big Bag cannot simply be delivered from the outside through a conveyor. We provide solutions that deliver the Big Bags on pallets via a roller conveyor and bring them to a transition sluice. There, the film can be removed from the Big Bag and the Big Bag can be transferred from a wooden pallet to a clean plastic pallet. Then the Big Bag can be cleaned with ionized air or UV light so that hygiene and safety are guaranteed.

Key features, options, and models

Besides solutions for transporting loose bulk goods, Dinnissen offers conveying options for bags, Big Bags, containers, and drums. But product processing is more than just conveying. We also have a solution for handling steps such as filling, emptying, or repackaging. In addition to conveyor belts, (Big Bag) roller conveyors, (Big Bag) chain conveyors, rotary tables, traverses, collection points, handover points, silos and Receiving Hoppers, there are more options to shape the product processing process. Such as a cleaning booth for stripped bagged goods. The bag is blown clean with ionized air or undergoes UV treatment in a special UV tunnel. Using an advanced scanning system, you can also integrate product track-&-trace. In addition, we offer complete systems for conveying new, filled Big Bags.
