PNEUMATIc Conveying

For hygienic and efficient transportation of lactose, the Aeolus Lactose Conveying System is an excellent choice. This system prevents lactose buildup during pneumatic transport. With less cleaning required, downtime is reduced. Thanks to our expertise in pneumatic transport, Dinnissen offers a wide range of options to safely and dust-free move products. Key components in this process include the receiving hopper, which serves as the intake point for materials entering the system; the pressure vessel, which builds the necessary pressure to control the transport of materials through the system; and the cyclone, which efficiently separates dust and solid particles from the airflow, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Depending on the product and transport conditions, dilute-phase transport, which moves the product at high speeds in a suspended state, or dense-phase transport, which moves the material more slowly in a "slug" through the pipeline, can be chosen. These technologies ensure minimal product damage and low air consumption, making both methods efficient for specific materials.

Mechanical Conveying
