Precision in feeding and weighing
For accurate feeding and weighing, Dinnissen offers solutions tailored to the pet food, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and dairy industries. Our systems ensure precision and customization and are easy to integrate into existing production lines.
An important feature of these systems is the ability to dose in batches. Thanks to their compact design and energy-efficient setup, they can be easily incorporated. The liquid dosing system can accurately add liquids to powders or granulates, with both weighing and flow measurement. This is crucial for processes that require strict control over composition and consistency. Other systems, such as the Feeder Valve or the Micro Dosing System, do not provide this functionality.

Dinnissen’s feeding and weighing solutions record, when necessary, volume and weight with gram-level precision. Several of our solutions are often integrated into production lines with a Pegasus® Vacuum Coater or a Pegasus® Mixer.
Our feeding and weighing solutions
Dinnissen's feeding and weighing solutions are the ideal choice, not only when you need specific amounts of product additives, but also for the precise feeding and weighing of large quantities. To find the right solutions for your product, it is essential to understand your product’s requirements. Dinnissen will discuss the possible solutions with you and advise on the best choice for your process.

Feeder valve
The Feeder Valve is a feeding system with a production capacity ranging from a few kilograms to several tons per hour. This energy-efficient and compact feeding valve combines high production capacity with accuracies of up to 10 grams, making it suitable for a wide range of products.
Liquid Dosing Systems
When adding liquids to powders, granules, or pellets, accurate feeding is crucial. Dinnissen offers both Liquid Dosing Systems that weigh the liquid before adding it and systems that measure the liquid amount through flow measurement in the supply line. The amount of liquid dozed can range from a few grams to hundreds of kilograms per batch.

MICRODOSEERSYSTEEM
The Micro Dosing System is designed to dose powders and granules with extreme accuracy, with precision down to 1 gram. This system is capable of both batch and continuous weighing applications and is suitable for use in industries with stringent requirements, such as the food and pharmaceutical sectors. The system is energy-efficient and fast, contributing to short feeding times and efficient production processes.
Curious which solution best fits your production process? Dinnissen is happy to work with you and provide tailor-made systems based on your specific product and process needs.
Applications of feeding and weighing
Dinnissen’s feeding and weighing solutions are applied across various sectors, including the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, dairy, and pet food industries. The Feeder Valve is specifically designed to address product-specific challenges. Dinnissen’s feeding and weighing solutions are developed to meet the highest standards of product quality, featuring a hygienic design and complete traceability.
Milk and cocoa powder
For products such as milk powder and cocoa powder, where precise feeding is essential, the Feeder Valve offers a reliable solution. It is ideal for processes where both large and small quantities of product need to be added, and where precise control of the product flow is required. Thanks to its compact design and simple construction, the Feeder Valve integrates easily into production processes that require high accuracy and efficient feeding, such as in the processing of dairy products, sugars, and premixes. The machine also features a hygienic design, is easy to clean, and offers higher capacity and less downtime compared to the alternative, the feeding lock.

FOOD & PHARMA
Accuracy and flexibility are critical in the food and chemical industries. The Liquid Dosing System plays a significant role in the feeding process of liquids, with a strong focus on precision and control. This system is perfect for processing various liquids such as oils, acids, and enzymes, where strict feeding specifications are required. With innovative options like flow measurement without the need for a weighing tank and the ability to operate with temperature control, operational costs remain low, while ensuring safe, accurate feeding of the product.
FOOD, PHARMA & CHEMICALS
The Micro Dosing System is ideal for industries with high precision demands, such as food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. Thanks to its flexibility for both batch and continuous dosing, it can be easily adapted to different production processes. This makes the Micro Dosing System perfect for companies working with sensitive products, where consistency is a top priority.

Ensuring quality
Dinnissen stands for reliability. The world’s leading producers place their trust in Dinnissen’s solutions. Our ISO 9001 certification demonstrates that our processes meet international standards for systematically delivering products and services that comply with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, the entire organization is ISO 14001, 27001, and 45001 certified, showcasing that our environmental management system, cybersecurity, and labor conditions meet internationally accepted standards.
Upon request, we provide solutions that meet the EHEDG guidelines. Hygienically designed machines prevent contamination in the products being produced or processed, allowing food producers to use our solutions with confidence. The machines are built with stainless steel that is treated in such a way that nearly no product residue remains. The easy accessibility for cleaning also ensures long-term quality assurance of the machines. Many of Dinnissen’s machines are available in ATEX versions, making them safe to use even in environments with explosion risks.

Process as part of the total solution
Looking for more than just a single machine? As a system integrator, Dinnissen delivers complete production lines from A to Z. Taking a holistic approach, we evaluate the entire production facility and optimize layout, setup, and system architecture. The goal: maximum output, efficiency, and minimal downtime in the smallest possible space. Dinnissen integrates all machines and systems for every step of the process into one complete production line, in a highly automated system wherever possible. From specification to service. From product intake to packaging. And from machines and systems to full control and automation.
